If you're the one who's been asked to sort the team photos, I can guess how it's going. Half the office would rather do anything else, diaries are already full, and you just need it done properly.
I make that part easy. I bring everything to your workplace, set up in a meeting room or a quiet corner, and photograph people one at a time, so nobody is away from their desk for long.
Everyone gets a quick chat and a bit of direction, so no one is stood there wondering what to do with their hands. You end up with headshots that look like they belong together, and people who actually like their photo.

Most people do, honestly. I'm used to it, and it's the part of the job I'm best at. I keep things light, chat while I work and give simple directions, so most people are done before they've had time to feel awkward.

Neurodivergent members of your team are very welcome too. If someone would find a quieter room, a set time slot or knowing exactly what will happen helpful, just let me know and I'll plan around it.
How it works
From first email to the finished gallery

Quote and plan
Tell me how many people, where you're based and what the photos are for. I'll send a quote and we'll find a date that fits around your diary.
02.
Prep your team
I'll send you a simple schedule for the day, plus some tips on what to wear that you can pass on to your team.
03.
On the day
I set up on site, photograph everyone in their slot and pack away again. Each session is planned around what you need, so we'll agree the timings together beforehand.
04.
Your gallery
You get an online gallery with three edited images for each person, ready within three weeks. Everyone can download them and pick their favourite.

DO YOU BRING LIGHTING AND A BACKDROP?
CAN YOU MATCH OUR EXISTING HEADSHOTS?
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE ESSEX?
Yes, I bring lighting and all the equipment to you. All I need is a meeting room or quiet space of around 3 by 3 metres. I arrive about an hour before the first slot to set up.
It depends on how they were taken. Send me a few examples and I'll tell you honestly how closely I can match them.
Yes. I'm based in Colchester and work across Essex and Suffolk, and London is available on request.
WHERE CAN WE USE THE PHOTOS?
Anywhere you promote your business. That covers your website and blog, social media, printed marketing, paid ads online or in print, and press features about your business.
CAN YOU MAKE THE BACKGROUND OUR BRAND COLOURS?
Yes. I usually deliver on white or with your office in the background, but I can add a background in your brand colour for an extra charge. Just mention it when you ask for a quote.
